    Good to Know

    What should I bring to my first consultation?

    All previous reports — ECG, echo, angiography CD/films, prescriptions and discharge summaries. A list of current medicines helps. If reports are digital, WhatsApp them ahead so Dr. Jain reviews them before you arrive.

    Do I need a referral to consult Dr. Jain?

    No referral is needed. You can book directly by phone, WhatsApp or the form above.

    Is cashless insurance treatment available?

    Yes — EPIC has cashless tie-ups with 24+ leading insurers and TPAs including Star Health, HDFC Ergo, New India Assurance and Bajaj. Carry your policy details and our insurance desk handles the rest.

    Where do I park, and can relatives stay?
